third rated tournament game

My third game ever.  I've been thinking allot about this game.. mostly if I should have taken the draw. 

I think White is better, so I would have played on.

This was an OTB tournament game ? If so, congrats! I played in my first in more than 25 years on Monday. What was the time control?

yes this was OTB with 2hours for each side.  the game ended with him have 55min and me 41min left.  I thought for 10 min. after he offered the draw. ( I think this upset him.)  I thought at the time the game was going to be decieded by an error by one of the sides and realized that I was most likely to be the one to err.  I'm not very good in endgames.

once u play in hundreds of tournaments like me(rolls eyes, cough cough) u can get worse and see more blunders like the h4 pawn drop...OR u could get used to the pressure and get better. With ur chess.

On move 10, I would have tried for Bg3 and then fxg3 for a half-open f-file. Your pieces were perfect for an attack, and the Rooks on the f-file would have been very strong; not to mention that his light-squared Bishop would not be able to defend much.
