your computer was either over heated, or it is not that good a computer. what was the time control? it made several dubious moves early on
7 ... d6? what is it thinking? d5 was much more playable
12 ... Qe8 was truly a silly move
13 h3 hmmm i guess it's okay but more of a waiting move
13 ... Ne4 again is kind of silly. in one move he opens your c file and trades off your cramped knight
15... Bxd3 yet another bad move. freely intiated the trade of its only active peice i liked 15... f5 much better
19...Qd7? this was its biggest blunder
20 Rc7!!! this was your brilliancy move! good job
and the only reason for having any chance was your blunder on 29 Qb7? much better was
29 a7! Bd6
30 Nc5 and the game is over
Thank you for your comment,
I just to say that the computor almost never do the normal moves in at least openings but rather strange looking moves which prove to be hard to get around a few moves later. I am sure that if I knew all openings well and how they function I would be able to gain some sort of edge over the computor but I am unfortunately not almighty:)
I do not agree that his 7th move was that bad but obviously the trades around move 14 were bad.
You are right about the 29. a7 which would have won a lot easier without any long endgame calculations.
Thanks Fredrik
i'm sorry, it was the 8th move d6 that i think was weak. it was not a bad move, but with those kind of moves, it shows the computer is just trying to make moves that don't lose.
again, your play was most excellent in this game. you are certainly showing expert strength here.
