Where do I get .abk files from

Hi,

I have just downloaded Areana, I have plugged in an engine.  What I want to do now is download some .abk files.

I have bought a book on the Scotch game and want to get all the classic starting positions so I don't need to set up each one.

Where can I get them from??

Thanks - Nick

Thanks NimzoRoy - it seems as though I just needed to get the PEN and put it into Areana

PGN files! (not PEN)

You can also download ChessBase 9 Lite a free DB (works by itself, not with Arena)  http://www.chessbase.com/download/index.asp

BTW where did you get the idea you needed BAK files? I had to look them up myself.

They are not BAK files but opening books. I am also interested.
