Move 5. Be3 is very bad, because it blocks your king pawn, limits bishop range, wasting tempo. Much better is 5. Bxd6 trading off your bad bishop for your opponent good one. 7. Bh3 is bad, because natural follow-up is 7. Bg2 is covering the hole you opened with 6. g2 and bishop on h3 is not doing much. Instead of 13. Bh4 much better is 13. e4! threatening e5 and in case of dxe4 Nxe4 pile on the pin on f6. This are probably the most significant ones.
