A lot of mistakes by both sides here, the main opening mistake I see from black here is moving the knight multiple times between g4 and f6 costing tempos when the piece was never threatened and other material was not developed.
Try to develop all your pieces before focusing to much on any piece.

here my opponent was much higher rated than me...but i won this game convincingly.
