Depends on your style of play. With b5, with a little knowledge of the lines, white can find himself in a lot of trouble very easily and black finds active piece play, initiative and easy to pursue plans and attacks. However, if white knows what to play and can consolidate, black can have a hard time proving the extra pawn has enough compensation.

Na5 is the mainline is more sound.
