Very nice finish. A few comments:
5.e5 loses the pawn, as in the game.
8.d3 does your pawn structure no favours after your opponents captures. 8.be2 seems preferable.
11.Qg4 loses a tempo after f5, as in the game.
..and once again, excellent finish.
