What is a good (bullet) Elo?

What are you guys talking about ? If you get to 1200 your in the top 10% of players, I consider anybody above 74% to be decent in their field no matter what that is about 10% very good

I think the rating pool avarage is kind of low. I mean even if you're like 1050, it says you're on top %15
I'm like 1330 right now. It says that I'm in top %7. Or maybe it might be accurate. Cuz there were many countries with not even single GM's or 4-5 GM's max.
I'm from Turkiye, it's like on the 19. place on country list. So I guess it's slightly above the avarage. And if I check the rating list, I might be around top %13. Cuz I'm like 1700 rated for rapid.
