It is the average rating of your opponents based on your history of finished games only, so using their changed ratings once the game is complete. (I didn't know this off the top of my head, but I was able to calculate it quickly)

I couldn't find this by searching. It's a minor thing but is the stat for average opponent ranking calculated from their ranking at the start of the game or when the game finishes?
