Can't Join Online Tournament

Ok, so basically I wanted to join this '20th Chess.com Knockouts' thing, and it displays THIS

You must have a timeout ratio lower than 10% to play in this tournament.

Okay, so what does it actually mean?

You currently have a 40% timeout ratio in online chess. This means that you've lost due to time on 40% of your online chess games in the last 90 days. Once you get that percentage below 10%, you'll be able to join tournaments again :)

... However, you can join tournaments which don't have the 10% online rule, you just have to find them!

Oh, so the word 'timeout' relates to how many games I have lost to time. Okay thanks. I have a lot of pending games, better play each move on time
