Choose Custom game from the game options:
Once you do that you'll see the option for "Rating Options".

I used to be able to change the parameters for the ratings of opponents I would challange to either a blitz game or a 30 minute game. Those parameters used to be on the same page where it says play live chess. They are no longer visible on the page and I can't seem to find where they are now located. Anyone know where I can find these settings. This is for live opponents, not correspondence chess. Thanks
