In these days is possible to read many articles on how the Olympiads in Norway have big problems.
Previously they didn't have the money.
Then entire teams had to travel to other countries to get a visa.
And now the Russian Women team is not allowed to play.
Is there a coincidence that Kasparov is running for FIDE president, and there are all these problems?
Because everytime Kasparov runs for power, there are big problems in the chess world, the previous failure of the ACP should be a reminder.
Maybe the Olympiads should be guested in more friendly countries, where there are no problems for visas.
