Hi...I have contacted the support team...but posting here too....

I have to make a move on one of my games and after loading the board, i can't see a single piece on the board....has this happened to you?  I tried everything from reloading, relogin, restarting my system...but of no help.

My best guess is that it has something to do with your browser. I think chess.com is still functioning aptly. You might try to download firefox (which is a better browser than Internet Explorer anyway), or reinstall internet explorer.

If you want to be sure that it is a browser related issue, you can try logging in on a different computer. There is virtually no chance that your problems remain.

 Good luck!

thanks for that....thats my next step....wanted to be sure its not a chess.com related problem.  I am however using firefox only....its much better than IE.

I have seen this before and think it maybe your service provider strugling with dms.chess or tribal fusion. Try a proxy server and see if it speeds thing back up to normal?

In firefox click "tools" "options" "advanced" then the "network" tab then the box called  "manual proxy configuration", I'm assuming your in india so in "HTTP proxy" type 220.225.196.123 and in "port" type 80. Tick the box which says "use this proxy server for all protocaols". Click "ok" and restart firefox.

This should help discover if it is your server or not.

Let me know if it helps.
