Firefox crashes 27 times a day with V2. Maybe with V3 it will enter a perpetual crash death spiral that melts the universe. In which case I totally win all teh chess gamez.

I failed to answer your question before. The answer is that we're not getting preference. I just tried to shore up my opinion in my open letter to Erik by claiming that all the old people on this site would agree with me. I have no evidence for this. In fact, we Geezers have no influence at all. We're mostly a bit dotty in the head, so people ignore us.
That's OK, we don't mind ... we'll just stay up here in our little rooms in the attic, gazing at our faded tintypes, listening to our Victrolas, sitting in our comfy chairs with their lovely crocheted antimacassars......
