I'm done with Chess. Good Bye

I can't/don't like calculating and I'm 2080 pure positional player. I play like Karpov: Caro-Kann, Queen's Indian, 1.d4 (bg2 systems against all Black's responces). Since you suffer with chess, I did too, you are playing for King Attack. Change to positional style and you will see how simple and easy chess is.

Why not return to realistic time controls, which worked for you in the past? No wonder you are getting frustrated, playing 3/3 games, where the element of chance predominates.

One day you'll come back and you are going to pass all that again and again...and again. And you will regret for giving up now. Do you think that you can be 2000 or more in a few months? Be fighter man and don't give up no matter of what!!!!...or just go and never look back.

Thinking too much in't only cheating but also causing oneself unnecessary anxiety. My philosophy of Chess is that no Chess game should last longer than 20 minutes. Either good moves jump at me or they don't.
Look, you can't avoid thinking while playing chess. And you shouldn't try to avoid thinking either. And how is "thinking too much" equivalent to cheating??
Perhaps you were right about abandoning chess, the game may not be right for you.

Take a break for a week or something, it really helps. I left for a year or two once, it was nice; but I'm here now.

I dont believe you want to stop playing chess.
What will you do to replace it.
Chess causes me anxiety. That's the truth. I feel anxiety while I am playing and anger after I lose.

then quit live chess and play only online.I used to be exactly like you, throwing temper tantrums and all.after I quit the live and started playing only CC I became much more calm and collected.you can even take a small chess hiatus and come back to it with a fresh outlook at things.
