I need to SPELL a few things out for the DOPEY DOPES around here. The SHERIFF is getting annoyed and must break his silence. I have several items that MUST be clarified.

1) I ACCEPT team LIGHTFORCE'S challenge and will make my first move on SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 21, 2008. No team has stepped up to the plate out of fear...and that is perfectly understandable.

2) I REFUSE TO PLAY INDIVIDUALS. As I have said numerous times, I have never ever ever lost to a single person in my decade+ of internet cheating. Many GMs have felt my wrath...most notably Larry Christiansen. I derive no pleasure from beating single people anymore. I love the aspect of me vs. a team.

3) There is a little known background story to my first vote chess resignation. I have stated it several times in the past and will state it one more time for the slow learners. LISTEN UP!!!!!! The commandant of this site, ERIK, was under the impression that our vote chess game that was started in APRIL would not last into JUNE (it did). I told him BEFORE the game started that I would need to take a week off with NO MOVES in June. He said that VACATIONS IN VOTE CHESS ARE NOT ALLOWED and didnt think it would last over 2 months (it did). Several days before I was to leave for a week's vacation, the game was CLEARLY a draw, even though I was up on material. The game was over from my standpoint so I let my program make some risky moves to lighten things up thinking that the game would be adjourned the next day.

HA!! WAS I SURPRISED to find out that team chess.com wouldnt allow me a vacation and INSISTED that I moved. Team chess.com had over 900 members so 899 could take a vacation if they wanted to, but little ol' me didnt get the same opportunity. I even got NASTY emails from the FUHRER himself, saying that if I didnt continue the game, my account would be DELETED!!! Can you imagine that? Seeing I could NOT continue...I was bullied into resigning.

The HYPOCRASY!!! The LIES!!! Tricked I was. At least I am upfront in my deviousness.  I have not spoken to the ERIK with any form of respect since that incedent. I was forced to resign or lose the name cheater_1. A name that I hold so dear to my heart.

It is TRUE that after my last several moves I WOULD HAVE LOST THE GAME. No doubt. No excuses. It is also true that had I been granted one week's vacation, the outcome would have been different.

So I am telling TEAM LIGHTFORCE upfront that there may be times when I CANNOT adhere to the time control of one move per day. There may be DAYS inbetween moves..although it will be RARE. If you choose to take the win if my time expires, that is up to you. It doesnt matter to me. I hope that you would want a win that is LEGIT, unlike the "win" team chess.com got.

I hope that clears thing up as to where I stand. Oh yes, for the record, I WILL BE USING CANNIBAL 37. I will be playing computer aided chess. I would advise team lightforce to upgrade their comps and software ASAP. I will be MERCILESS!!

Just join team lightforce. I sure hope that it is open to other people joining or that this game will be made public.

I WILL HAVE SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT PLAYING if this game is NOT public or it will NOT accept new members.

I must admit that I am an exceptional speller but less than average typist. HYPOCRISY is what I meant to type. Hypocrisy is interchangeable with hypocrites fzweb. A hypocrite is one given to hypocrisy..in other words....INSINCERITY.

It's too bad you don't have the Fischer skills to go along with your Fischeresque barks of insanity. I think you and team Light Force should come up with an agreed time control and that be that. If you are unable to play under standard chess controls, then you should stop wasting peoples time trying to set up games. And I don't really see why you complain about that past game so much anyway, seeing as you are no more than a move entering robot cheerleader. You're really just an automaton that jumps up and down singing the praise for an 0 and 1 computer program. So take the time to set up acceptable (non exception) rule set so we don't have to listen to your grocery list of excuses the next time your radioshack chess program loses.

The simple fact is that even among thieves there is HONOR.  Dont give me a REASON to make excuses. I'm not asking for any special treatment..only EQUAL treatment. I NEVER ask for more than a level playing field. When I play a team, not EVERY SINGLE PERSON on that team is required to cast a vote every single day...it's simply not a requirement of a team. I only ask for the same opportunity to skip a day here and there. If those are not acceptable terms to the team I will be playing, then I'll just take my chess board and chess pieces and go home. Simple as that.

I'll tell you all right now that I'll need at least 5 days off in early November. So, should you choose to get all bent out of shape as ERIK and team chess.com did, you just give me ammunition to be used against you. And just as they did....you'll get shot and then claim that all I do is make excuses.

I give team lightforce HUGE kudos for challenging me. Whether they win, lose, or draw, they have my respect.

I have never been known to keep posting to my own threads just to keep them alive...you people do that quite well for me, thank you VERY much.

I love the threads: very intriguing stuff. After all the hype from both sides, I'm very interested in seeing your program in action. Is it possible for you to post a summary of your match with team chess.com? Also, I hope Erik is making the rematch public because that would suck if it wasn't :(

Self-righteous indignation from a man with "cheater" in his name?!? Wow, you sure convinced me of your superiority sir. Would you like to marry my daughter?

There are, broadly, 2 species of idiot trolling the internet: the complete idiot and the opinionated idiot. Complete idiots are easy to spot, their spelling, grammar and general propensity to phrase things in moronic fashion gives them away in a nano-second. Opinionated idiots, on the other hand, are more tricky. The opinionated idiot is quite often capable of expressing their opinions in flawless english, occasionally even managing a turn of phrase that borders on amusing. The problem is that, despite their ability to write, their opinions are idiotic. They tend to be almost ludicrously arrogant (with often no justification at all, i.e. "I win because I cheat, WOOHOO", as a purely random example), and leap to their own defence in an instant at even the slightest criticism, a sure sign of an inferiority complex. The biggest hurdle to getting these idiots to shut up is recognising when you have found one, and then ignoring them.

I don't believe in labelling people, and wouldn't dream of calling anyone on this site an idiot. I'm just letting people in on the subtle clues to watch for...
