Mutually agreed draws should be done away with in chess

If me and you were stong titled players, or masters.  And, we saw a tournament full of weak players, and say the pot was 150,000$, we could agree on a draw.  You know, we go whoop up on em, and then split the pot.  This is normal activity.

A friend and I did that this past summer.  We were tied for first, played 10 moves, drew, and split the cache.  Was it morally right? Probably not, but its a game.
