You can try report it as a bug to the staff...go to "help and support" at the bottom of the page and then go to "Contact us" to report things you believe is a bug.

in the last few days when i won games on time i didn't get the win and the game is still there its like there is time left this happend to me in two games. one is still the same and the other one my opponent came online and played on even though he was out of time about a half an hour before this what can i do to resolve this?
