Sorry, no real sympathy for you. If you accepted a 7-day-per-move game, then he has seven days to move. That's like joining an over-the-board tournament with long time controls, and being pissed off that your opponent doesn't play at blitz speed.
I agree it is annoying when an opponent DELIBERATELY waits til the last minute to move all the time (especially in a losing position), but just tuck it away in the corner of your mind and work hard to play that game to the best of your abilitity in spite of that. (call it 'training to be deliberate and unflappable!" ;)
I accepted a general game using my mobile phone only to find out later that the game was set for 7 days. I have been playing Lasse_V since 5/14. It is now October...are you kidding me!?! This person has waited until the last of the 7 day limit before making a move on our game, while making moves each day on other games that they are playing. How frustrating! Now I have to view the details of every general challenge that is available and when I'm finished checking that it's not a 15 day game, some other user has accepted the game and now I can't accept it. I believe players like this try to bore you into submission. This is the only way that they get ranked so high. PLEASE STOP BASING YOUR CHESS RANK AND KNOWLEDGE ON THE FACT THAT YOU BORE US INTO SUBMISSION. IF YOU REALLY NEED 7 DAYS TO MAKE ONE DAMN MOVE, THEN GO SIT IN THE PARK AND PLAY. My guess is that the pigeon shit will make you move quicker, loser.
