Sorry for the rookie question . . .
I'm just getting into the world of chess software and it is a bit overwhelming at this point. Can any of you point me towards a site where I can download a bunch of games using pgn files that include annotations?
If what I'm asking for doesn't exist, pls excuse the stupid question.

look it up in the google 'annotated games in pgn' there are heap of them in many other websites.
Chessbase light for the Mac is free. Have you looked into that?
It might open up more resources for you.
