Things some chess players say when they blunder

All part of the master plan.

When I blunder I always say "Check Please" and I proceed to flip the board over.

Totally depends on the circumstances.

Against someone I know well, I might make a smartass comment. In a tournament, Usually "Good game", or well, looks like you better than me - today.

I don't like to blame my losses on blunders, or claim brilliant calculations on wins.

It is chess, you win, you lose, and you draw. Sometimes it seems I can't see anything on the board, sometimes it seems like I can't miss anything.

I know exactly what you're saying. Except if it seems I played a game really well, I say something like, "its like Bobby Fischer's spirit was possessing my brain or something." Hahahahaha.
