What rating would this book be suitable fore?

THE COMPLETE CHESS WORKOUT: Train your Brain with 1200 Puzzles! By Richard Palliser. I looked at a bunch of customer reviews. They all called it excellent, but none specified the rating it's most suitable for. I want a puzzle book that's not just simple mate in one or twos, but I also don't want one too hard.
