Can't log in on different PC

Just a few days ago, I got my son a Premium account. I cna log in fine from my laptop (like now) however when he tried to log in, it always says "You have to be logged in to do that!" and gives him the blank log on again. I have tried EVERYTHING (have spent at least 6 hours nonstop on this). It's Windows 7 Home edition. It happens on IE11, Chrome and Firefox. I have tried clearing the browser cache, enabling and/or disbaling all addons. I tried resetting the password from that PC. I even uninstalled IE11 and reinstalled it. I have compared all the IE internet options to mine and they are the same. HELP !!!!!! :-)
