Was loving this new feature on my iPad. Then suddenly it stopped working. Sometimes I even vaguely understood them😳

This has been down for several days and there are several posts with no response. Using iPhone 6 + here and tried logging off then on. Even tried deleting app and reinstalled. Tried on WiFi and on Cellular. Still doesn't work to load top games.
Incredible, no response from chess.com???
Continues to work fine on a regular computer browser.
