Contact chess.com with a link to either the person's profile or the game that you played. Then write a message explaining why you believe he cheated. Good luck.

If 1 person makes the accusation, chess.com just files it. If many people make the accusation, chess.com looks into it more deeply. Chess.com takes cheating seriously, but there's a list of people who have been banned for cheating, and they come back with different accounts. Its the revolving door of law enforcement.

Every step we take to better fight cheating is a step in the right direction. Considering the amount of junk in chess.com forums, I don't see the problem
Do you track cheaters? What's the process toi follow when we strongly suspect that a player cheated?
