The toolbar's never worked for me at all 
. A staff member told me it's no longer supported. I don't know if that's still true. If it is (not supported that is 
), why is it still available for download?
I don't recall it installing any malware though...
I installed the toolbar only to find the software also installed atleast 4 other programs/malware/bloatware without asking about it. One of the programs installed was conduit which is known malware software.
I don't imagine anyone on chess.com intended for this but I strongly suggest you look in to it and remove the download until it is fixed.
