Continuous disconnection problems

It is the fifth consecutive game (live chess) I lose because the connection simply fails and it is as if I leave the game, and then I lose the points :(. What could be the problem ??

Hi guys. Sorry you're having connection issues :( Can you please let me know what browser and operating system you're using? As well as what type of connection you're using? How often would you say that you're disconnected from the server?

Using the latest version of the Android app on Android 4.4.2. Playing over Wifi with no problems. Got disconnected once for a few seconds, then in the last ~30 seconds of a game I got booted and have been disconnected for several minutes. I'm pretty sure I was ahead, too.

@KoteKordize- What version of the app are you currently on and what type of connection are you using?

still I am facing the same problem connection inturrepted, I lose the games.

When posting on here, can you please add which browser and version you're using please and whether its via a computer, android or iDevice ?

Also:

What is the average time of disconnect (how long does the message dialog stay on the screen)? Is it a few seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds or even more?

And how often does it happen for you?

Are you using wifi?

A proxy server?

Anonymous surfing?

Do you roughly what day/time this happened? (so we can check logs)

Did you lose connection completely or just to live chess?

occurred to me as well. interrupted for no reason for almost 5-6 minutes!

Happened to me just now.  Loading live chess seems to take ages, then as soon as it loads up it disconects for a bit, then starts up and usually works but every few days it just disconnects.  I can usually close the tab and reopen it in time but today it just wouldn't reload so I gave up.  While it was trying to load I used the internet just fine at normal speed in other tabs.

windows, firefox, wifi, no proxy.

I like this site but there is no way I'll ever pay for it as long as this and the poor android apps are a reality.
