You have to choose between games you play as white and games you play as black, does that make a difference? I've also noticed some lag time between when they finish and when they show up in my game archive.
Game Explorer Not showing all games

Yes, I have myself selected, and the other 4 games from that tournament are in there. Also, I noticed this looking at the masters games.

One of the moves for black ( Be7 )- shows 21 games, but if you click on the "21" link - there are only 7
If you follow the move, there are 18 game (or probably rather positions) but the stats of what I see for 2 .. be7 don't really seem to match up. I know as you go deeper into a line, it show's positions, but if I click on a number link I hsould see that many games right?
When I click on Game Explorer I get the following message:
"The player was not found: CastleFirstLuke." It is only my second day as a member - could this be the issue? I've played several Live games so far.

Live games don't show up on game explorer, only the online correspondence games.
the ruy lopez game I'm missing was not a live game

I'm not sure what the bug in the explorer is. I checked just now and the second to last game I completed is in the archive. Is the ruy lopez game you're looking for when you were white or black? If it was a game when you were black, did you select not only "my chess games" but also toggle the button to indicate you were black in the game? I don't have the highest level of membership so I can't look through your games myself.

I'm not sure, the only thought I have is that maybe the game explorer has a hard time processing the games from thematic tournaments, when there is a preset starting position down some opening line.
maybe so, I guess 4 out of 5 isn't bad
actually if I total up the numbers from game explorer - and compare with the total number of games unders the stats section, I'm short 12 games (figureing in the games in process as part of the total number of games.)
I experience similar oddities when trying to explore the games of another player. This player has 93 completed Online Chess games, all of which are reflected in the player's full statistics. However, they are not all shown in the Game Explorer.
When the player's name is entered in the search bar and "Online Chess" sis selected in the pull-down menu, the Explorer shows only 11 games as White and 11 games as Black. That means 71 games are missing without apparent explanation.
Can anyone help to explain the missing games?

Chess.com fix this
I had this same issue and clearing my browser cache fixed it.
i have played 39 games in all in rapid and the stats are showing the same but below the chart in the full stats i.e., at chess.com/stats/live/rapid/player_name, only 30 games are showing though i can find all the games in the completed games section under that.
I was looking in the game explorer, and It shows me 4-0 as white in the ruy, this is not true however, b/c I have found at least one game I lost. Specifically from the chess.com 1st theme ruy lopez tourney.
