for a short while I could view other player's (and my own) games in game explorer... now I can't. Why not?

but the message I get (no matter what OS or browser) is: There are no games with this position found in the database

Support is the Answer:

There is a bug/glitch in the Game Explorer. When members try to view their own games, it is only showing three of them. 

The tech team is aware of this issue and are looking into it. 

thanks for the comment... I look forward to a resolution. I know that a day or two ago, I could view other's games in Game Explorer.

Our programmers are currently updating the Game Explorer. It should be functioning again soon!

Explore games still doesn't work. Annoying I use this feature daily usually.

It's still not working. When can we expect it to be up and running again? It was working fine before you started messing with it.

i started to have the same problems as everyone else about 4 or days ago..also my computer analysis is stuck in processing mode

Any update on when this might be fixed? I cannot explore my own games or anybody else's games. Members need to know...

View of Game Explorer changed, but own Games is still not available...

Sorry, guys. Those Explorer features are still offline while we rework the data and add some new functionality. 

It's still somewhat subject to feasibility assessments as we are going along, but the current vision is that you'll be able to explore your Online games, your Live games, or both. Likewise for exploring other members' games.

Well... at least I appear to be able to view MY games again in game explorer... but not any other player's :(

But i can't see Master Games...why is it so?
