I use Firefox(latest version) and don't have such problems.By the way, I think Firefox is a good browser for this site.
Google Chrome refusing to Insert Pictures

I just tried it and the same page popped up for me with Chrome.
Yes I am using Chrome . sure enough just like art said the page is missing !!

Google Chrome also has a problem opening the email here at chess.com. A window will open but the list of emails does not appear. I'm using Google Chrome because I started having problems with FireFox a few days ago after installing their latest upgrade. The FireFox problems are not limited to chess.com. My favorite browser for this site was Safari. But then it started locking up badly at all sites.
I use Chrome and it works for me.

The bit that doesn't work is the upload. If I upload the picture using a different browser, I can then specify it explicitly e.g. http://files.chesscomfiles.com/images_users/tiny_mce/artfizz/artfizz_marilyn.jpg
without further ado.
just hit CTRL+F5
I had the same problem, that solves it.
In the last few days, Chrome has started throwing up the Missing Page page ...
whenever I try to upload a picture into a forum topic, using the Insert/Edit image button. It starts off OK. That button brings up the dialog box correctly ...
it's when I click on the Browse button (to the right of the Image URL box), that the Missing Page appears.
Firefox v3 and IE7 work fine.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
