Not really what i'm looking for, i would like one where you can select ANY position i want!

Well i have seen it been done before...

It's not possible, also it's not silly. It would be great for example to practice endgame positions against human opponents.

But I could not find the opening in Chess.com site while trying to create a new match.. May be I have restricted openings due to non premium member 

What about starting a game where you are down by a pawn or a knight (to make it more competitive)?  Is there a way to do that?

I don't know about the website, but if you have the free chess.com app on a smartphone or tablet, you can do this. Select "play against computer, and you will find an option to set up any position you would like to work on.

So basically it is not possible to replay master game positions and endgames against friends?

As a workaround, one player can set up a sequence of conditional moves, then the other player plays to the desired position.

It seems a small thing to get a start position from a FEN. Games will have to be unrated, of course.
