I can't play games on chess.com

1-live chess continually loading but games never start, I can rarely play

 2- Connection interrupts during the game, not marked by a sign and symbol I can understand my connection interrupted because my opponent doesn't make any move long time and I can't write any message to my opponent

3-Chess.com punish me automatically because chess.com suppose I don't pay attention to fair play

4-This fact happens with all internet browsers

Occasionaly, this happened to me as well. I experienced same discomfort during some of my games. I support this effort to improve positive players experience.

Connection interrupts after every move in a game..I use f5 for refreshing..

Finally I lose on time!

I see, not just me there are the others too

Can an technical responsible of chess.com answer my questions?

Thanks for helping but I'm an experienced chess.com players.I have already tried the suggestions.I have problems at my both computers..I have this issue for 1-2 months

The same problem for me and my friends so after 4 years we have closed our accounts.
