i didnt resign and ive lost by resignation

hello,

i didnt resign in a match and i see it as lost by resignation.

what can i do? 

Ask the staff and they might be able to provide u with a reasonable explaination. 

if i play and win, u substract rating points.

if i play and the server abort the game after a lot of nonplaying by the oppnent and i seek for a new game, you reckon this as foul play by me why is that

I got the same issue, when my oponent resigns i can't start new game..

I don't stall. 

all i get is: Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy - which prohibits stalling, abandoning games or frequently aborting. You must now wait 5 minutes between games. This restriction will be lifted automatically after a few days, or after you play several fair games

I did not resign but it told me my opponent won by resignation as well.
