I won a game on time but I get this message..

Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy - which prohibits stalling, abandoning games or frequently aborting. You must now wait 5 minutes between games. This restriction will be lifted automatically after a few days, or after you play several fair games.

I just won my game and I get this message?  What the hell?   I also have a disclaimer on my profile about the chess.com app FREQUENTLY going into reconnecting loops as the game is nearing end.  I lose many games that I'm WINNING because of the app.  Can this be lifted?

Having just won a game where my opponent resigned after 6 moves I have also had the same message. . . . Can anyone tell me why this has occured when my recent games have all been OK ...see below:-

sokogirl . . . I would respectfully suggest that you look at the games that I have shown before you make such a ridiculous statement. I am just looking for a logical explanation of the circumstances.
