I also have connection problems. Always when I start a game, the site tells me
that the connection has been lost and my game is cancelled.
When I played yesterday there were no problems at all. Do you have an idea
what could be wrong?
Now it tried again and could make the first move before the game was cancelled again. It's a bit disappointing...
bilbao_sacrifice- Can you please let me know what browser and operating system you're using? Any plugins or extensions on your browser? Or security software or firewalls?
I use the windows internet explorer as browser (without plugins and extensions), Avira Free Antivirus as security software and the normal windows firewall. But I could play without greater problems yesterday and today, so it was maybe a problem of my internet connection (though it didn't seem like that since other websites worked without difficulties). So at the moment it seems to be fine.

I often get major lag problems on this site. There is nothing wrong with my connection. Have tested it while the problem is ongoing, and I have 50mbps. Very irritating losing games becouse of this. Especially since I pay you money to play on here! Im using chrome, but the problem dosent go away if i switch to another browser. I need a solution if im gonna play more at chess.com
