People who deliberately stall or disconnect will have their account automatically flagged and game play restricted.
I recommend that you block the next person who does this to you so that you do not risk playing with him/her again.
Also, as a premium member, you should have the option to play multiple games. Feel free to start a second game while you wait for your current opponent to either move or time out.

this happened in live chess, except my opponent told me: well done, followed by: win time
what he meant? you go ahead and win by time. he had 7minutes i think. he stalled and stalled and 5 minutes later came back. i beat him in a minute. (there was increment so he stalled for a minute after 10 more moves when it was mate in 1). was this necessary?
