no vacation with my new membership

    Someone can tell me if he have the same problem than me please ? I am a premium membership since two years now, each time I reconduct my support to the site I was credited for 1 month new vacation time, but not this time !!! why ?

    They are a lot of person from my family or my friends who are premium membership like me and they haven't this problem !!!

    thank you if you can explain to me what does it mean.

    The accruals for vacation are mentioned in this KB Article.

    It doesn't say anything about additional vacations for premium memberships and/or renewals. If that used to the be the case, I'm pretty sure that is no longer offered.

    Thank you for your respond, unfortunatly my problem stay the same ! my uncle is a premium membership too and two months ago when it was the birthday ( second ) like it's for my account since 13 days, his account has been credited of 30 days vacation time more ? when I ask the admin I have no clear respond why it's not the same for me, so, I think my daddy pay this year for nothing !!!

    Unfortunately I am only a member for free in chess.com, therefore I am less familiar with the special rules that they apply to every members. But responding to your problem, I conclude that in general people who looks nice and cute is always made ​​a pretty problem. As I know that beautiful gurl like you will look more attractive while grumbling like that. lol

    Laura, how many days vacation do you have available now?  The system will not add any extra if you are already at the maximum allowed total.
