I don't think so...I'm assuming because chess.com takes the PGNs and edit them in a way so that the chess viewer app that you are mentioning would not work.
I think the program will only accept "raw" PGN files...I'll do some research for you and let you know.

There is a program called chessbase, however I cannot guarantee you that it will work for the PGN files that have the annotations from chess.com, or "C-base"..I believe that it has a small fee.

Chess-wise does the trick quite well but it doesn't analyze the game (at least not the free version). It's really annoying that Shredder nor Fritz can open pgn files. Have you figured out another way to do it? if not hope this helps.

The new ipad lite can download 2 sites. The chess.com site and the apps for chess.com. ITS FANTASTIC

Are there any iPad/ iPhone apps that can run chess.com game analysis PGN files please and display all the annotaions and variations? When I tried to use the "Chess Viewer" app but Game Analysis PGN files display the message: "Parse Error" alongside the title and can't be opened. This is despite the fact that I can easily open unanalysed PGN game files in Chess Viewer.
Game Analysis PGN files open in tChess Pro but the annotations and variations seem to be absent.
