Are you seeing a message that says "game aborted by server"?
opponents aborts and abort tab removed on my next game

No every time oppent aborts I hit the "new" button and when the new game pops up the abort option will not appear.
Why would it make a difference if you want to play a new game anyway?
Every time my opponents abort a game the abort option tab gets removed on my next game.
