overcoming a cheater

NEW GAME (edited) - [edited please don't publicly accuse] vs. EStembridge (win: 10, draw: 2, loss: -6) [edited] is a professional cheater my system continuously froze after I had taken control of our chess game/match in preparation to defeat [edited]. It became unfrozen with only 2 seconds left. This frozen process began when I had 3 minutes remaining in a five minute game and had captured the devious little cheater's queen. Of course, His/Her clock did not run out as rapidly as mine. S/He is a clever little cheater.  Please advice how to stop unscrupulous players like him/her - everyone should be on notice
