And it would be equivalent to throwing my Euro bills into a chimney to even consider sending them a check or some real cash by mail. Man, it all doesn't matter now. If they don't care about me (or anyone else with similar problems), I guess I'm just not worth their time.

The German mail service stands out to be the most expensive in the world. It sounds like a joke, but it's a well-based fact ... after you wrote your post I conducted a quick inquiry on how much it'd cost me to send a check to California and it's €3.60. That's how much a pack of cigarettes costs for me. Issuing a checkbook for my bank account would be close to 5 bucks (cashing in checks is not very frequent here), but you know what the dearest thing to me would be which I had to lose if I still underwent all these procedures? It would be my personal pride. No thanks, I'm fine as I'm are. Just wanted to see my rating graph after all (I planned to go for gold), but that's just not worth it.
