people have been unable to challenge me

i keep hearing this from players...can this be fixed?

Have you checked your settings?

HOME -> Account -> Online Chess settings.

Friends OK! My friends can challenge me no matter what should be ticked.

Unavailable. STOP! I'm NOT available for challenges or tournaments! should be unticked.

HOME -> Account -> Live Chess settings.

Game Settings. Challenges From should be set to Everyone.

I can't seem to find the "My friends can challenge me no matter what" anymore although I know this option still exists. Can someone help where it is in the menu?

That setting doesn't exist on the default site. You can allow incoming challenges in Live from Everyone, Friends Only, or Nobody but the first two still use your rating limits.

In Daily Chess, it is the very first option.  Settings > Daily Chess
