pieces not working

what happen with the  pieces? are not visible when the  opponent makes the move (human, computer, analysis.)

for example if I move e4 and my opponent move e5 only can see my move(?) and i try to guess my opponent's move, only looking the notation,can see the move! blitz 5 -3 - 1 minute?? imposible, and in the chess training dont have notation . so i have to guess which piece moved the computer...anyone know this? or just happens to me?

yes. the problem is with the chrome, I deleted cookies history downloads, set the browser but the problem continue.

I log with the explorer and it works perfectly thanks for the reply, but i like  to play with chrome.

This just started to happen to me too, after being on this site for several years.

I noticed it even happens when I am viewing someone else's game in live chess. The board updates only every other move, though the highlight squares seem to be correct. 

Try Maxthon. Chrome seems to be messing up lately. Maybe they "improved" it or something. 

Chrome is not messing up lately. Chess.com is messing up lately in Chrome. 

the problem is only in chess.com the other sites in chrome  work well, recently updated the chrome but tried the previous version and this problem remains the same, two weeks ago does not work.

not only the first move of the opponent go and every time he makes a move, not on the board, whether in notation and hitting the notation on the board "makes the move"

I disabled all extensions, cookies, downloads and everything that could disturb as active controls x java scripts and does not work either.

in the explorer I have disabled all add-ons, but it works perfectly, perhaps among all We could find out what the problem in chrome

I have had this problem for the last couple of days. It happens with online chess, board diagrams and puzzle diagrams. I am using Chrome.

Can anyone tell us the reason for it?

same with me, very frustrating. i have just beenresigning, cos i cannot play when my pieces refuse to move!

Same problem here. Using Chrome as well.

pathetic i was playing with chrome and i lost 8 games with opponets have at least two categories unless me i lost 200 elo points, if chess.com dont fixed the bug  i dont play more here, not is just send me messages with

for register and i can support opponents laugh with my moves.

if chess.com not fix the problem I will not play more  here my elo and my ego are destroyed lol, all chess players knows how to lose many games with inferior opponents, is really unbearable,and  I am not the only, i received a lot of messages, friends who plays with chrome and they are very disappointed chess.com must should investigate the problem because many people play with chrome but the fault is mine to play at a disadvantage.

u have idea a great advantage have the opponents??

I also have this problem. 

Pointless to moan about it.
It happens with all os, all browsers, on computers, tablets, and smartphones.
The site is glitched.

My guess is that they're too busy making their new and shiny version of the site (I absolutely hate the layout of V3, by the way) to bother with properly addressing these glitches.

When using explorer or tactics the screen freezes up and i have hit f5 to clear it. any suggestions.
