hello staff,

I want to cancel my premium membership and get my money back.

I was offerd a free ten day trial, then apparently I had to cancel it myself after that period (!!! shame on you chess.com.) I did this yesterday, still i see that i'm a premium member and it says that my memberschip will end next year??? 

I want it to be cancelled immediately, how do I do this? (the link to the cancellation page does NOT work, it redirects me to my homepage where a red block appears saying that my membership is active untill 15-10-15 - also, if I click on 'Home'>'account', there is no option to cancel (as was stated in several forumposts I read))

I think is a cheat buy game!! With this way earn money ....

Before a month they have sent a message that there is a free donation of diamond subscription.I didn't  had used.Before 4 days I tried to use it. I completed my card details but there is any free ofer by game.Then I charged by astronomic amount of 70 euros!I promise to make campain in greek comunity against this policy of  game.This policy is illegal!!

If you want a reply from the staff, you send them an email. (The link is in Help and Support on the bottom of every page.)

Posting on the boards is a hit and miss proposition. They don't monitor every thread all the time. (There are hundreds of new threads every day.)

You were probably right Notmtwain, I got a reply to the mail I sent. It would be more logical if the staff would be monitoring the help & support section though...

Ι have sent 5 mails .....I  have no answere... The first mail I sent before 4 days .When the time pass I charge with something which I have no ordered.

In it I wrote almost exactly the same as what i say in my original post.  After almost a day I got a reply.
