Yes, I played a 5 move game against a bot and got 100%, the bot got 0% proving the opposite is possible, too. The game went similarly to a Fool's Mate.
I just did, though it was only a 9-move game - the opponent resigned after blundering the Queen. We've all done it of course. The type of opponent I have the best chance of defeating comes after me with the Queen in the opening moves, and I respond by attacking it. At the very least it puts the opponent on the defensive but at lower levels he or she may not notice the Queen is hanging.
