Problems with playing.

I hope this is the right place to air my problem. About half my 10 minute games are aborted, before I can make a move.whether I play for free or as a new paying member. I do not abort a single game. I assumed it was part of the system, in order to distribute the colours evenly, or for the sake of the ad that comes up on the abort notice. I am not lying about this. Why should I? I am at an age where losing or winning is not important. But now I have received a penalty for aborting games. So now I am afraid to play at all. Maybe I should assume the system does not work in my country or on my internet access? As it now goes, I fear I can lose my subscription before I can get any benefit for my money. Should I just call it a day? That would not be fair.
