I had exactly the same problem all day yesterday and lost 4 tournament games and nearly 40 rating points as a result. Very annoying! Isn't there a way to pause games if the Chess.com servers are at fault?
I lost games as well. Have not been able to get on for about a day and a half or so. Frustrating but these things happen. Easy points for my oppenents in tourneys.
