Where do you look at the reatings? When you hover the mouse pointer over a person`s username in forums you can see their highest rating. When it comes to challenges in Live chess you can see their rating depending on what game (bullet, blitz, standard) they want to play. When you look at Games -> Players in Live chess you can see all three Live chess ratings.
