Resolved: Threefold repetition

Hello, 

   I think in the chess rule , if you do Threefold repetition , it s draw or fifty move if no capture has been made and no pawn has been moved

I tried to obtain draw in this game with no success, i just losed with time what a pity !

You have to claim the draw. It's not automatic.

Just like in real life otb.

I claimed DRAW but player refused draw. So how claim ?

if the conditions are not met (3-fold repetitions, 50 move rule) it is a draw offer, which can be rejected by an opponent, but if a condition is met your draw offer turns automagically into a draw claim which cannot be rejected, and your opponent don't even have a chance to do so. Conditions met and you're claiming? Engine says it's a draw, end of story. Sorry to see that you had to learn it this way.
