I am very upset. I pay for this chess site & I get no response!
I am a fellow customer support technician.
I used to be very excited that I was apart of this site with the features it provides.
This lack of a response has turned me off, from this chess site.
You can be sure, that if I don't get a response soon, I will be taking every action I can against this site.
The help personell I have talked to in the past were very nice.
But this is just poor business.
I never expected a fix right away, just a response with in the 24 hours that has been stated.
